Its the passengers responsibility to review the details of their booking to ensure dates & times are correct. See a summary of your booking details at the top of this screen/page. To cancel or make changes to your booking, please email us at bookings@jamrocktaxi.com quoting your booking ID. If you’re a ‘no show’, you may still be charged for the transfer.

Our Airport Rep is permanently based at Montego Bay Airport. Our Rep will meet you with a nameplate bearing your name at ‘Meeting Point A’ in the “Arrivals Hall” just as your approach the airport exit. Its the passengers responsibility to schedule their return trip correctly to ensure they can get to the airport in time for their flight. We highly recommend adding an extra 30 minutes to the journey time for the possibility of traffic. However we are very flexible and will accept changes at no extra cost.
